Carrie Chitsey Wells is the Co-Founder of One Touch Brands and is known for providing mobile thought leadership, strategy and marketing for leading Fortune 500 brands, startup companies and Venture Capital firms on mobile technology innovation, planning and strategic recommendations. Carrie’s brings a hybrid skill of entrepreneurship, Big 5 Consulting and both business and technical expertise.
Carrie has been recognized as Top 100 Female Founders in the US, top 50 Mobile Leaders in the US, Top 40 Marketing Executives Under 40 in the US and has been published in many magazines and publications as one of the market thought leaders in mobile marketing strategies, call centers and SaaS technology. Carrie was featured as one of the top Entrepreneurs in the country on Marcus Lemonis’s TV show “The Partner” on CNBC.
Carrie founded several mobile companies that were some of the first text messaging, mobile website, mobile application companies in the US back in 2008, such as 3Seventy, 3Seventy Local and Blinx. She has written and published several patents in mobile technology. She was a regular keynote speaker in mobile technology and provided thought leadership and mobile technology to brands such as Caribou Coffee, NFL, Pepsi, Fritos Lay, HP, Western Union, Office Depot, and over 100 advertising agency partners.
Prior to getting into the mobile world, Carrie founded a call center outsourcing company that specialized in financial services, insurance and the hospitality industries. She changed the way the mortgage wholesale and retail companies acquired new customers and maintained strategic partnerships through new technology, people and processes.
Before the plunge to being a founder, Carrie cut her teeth in the corporate world for KPMG/BearingPoint while quickly climbing the ladder as a leader in the CRM Practice. She worked closely with executive of Fortune 500 companies specialized in contact centers, technology and cost reduction.
Carrie has built over 60+ call centers, integrated every known technology possible and is known by her peers to be a key technology innovator. She still bleeds burnt orange from her college days at the University of Texas.
When she’s not dreaming up new ideas, she loves to create abstract art, chef it up and play Texas hold’em poker. Her roots always keep her in the beautiful foodie world of Austin, Texas with her husband, son and cocker spaniel.
