Position: Content Marketing Associate

Fast-growing SaaS technology company seeking a Content Marketing Associate with a passion for results!

We are looking for a self-starter who:

  • Has worked in a creative environment such as an advertising agency or marketing technology
  • Has an eye for detail, is an insane multi-tasker & super organized
  • Has strong passion and experience in social marketing, content development

POSITION SUMMARY

The Content Marketing Associate has primary responsibility for creating new content and distributing it through social, email and PR. We are looking for someone that loves to blog, create content for things like webinars, videos, infographics etc. This candidate will have previous experience working in an advertising agency, PR company and/or social media marketing company. This person will be creative and have the ability to think on their feet. Must be a self-starter and innovative with a strong work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

KEY DUTIES

  • Builds deep, long-term relationships with industry analysts and internal sales team.
  • Develop content through creative writing, that has a keen eye for detail, tag lines, and data analytics.
  • Manage email marketing content creation through images, copywriting and headline A/B testing.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing content strategy plan.
  • Support the sales teams marketing and content needs.
  • Ability to create digital marketing ads through Twitter, LinkedIn, and other networks.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, tracking work as specified by the manager to understand marketing campaign results.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in getting podcast guests and promoting podcasts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE/IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, PR or Communications.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
  • Experience in marketing, PR or communications.
  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box.
  • Experience working in advertising agencies, PR firm, consulting and/or software companies.
  • Fast learner, quick on feet.

Position: Inside Sales

We are looking for a no fear, high energy individual:

  • Loves the challenge of sales and getting through gatekeepers
  • Wants to get into an amazing company, amazing mobile industry at the ground floor and grow
  • Has creative energy and “know how” to reach prospects through social media, phone, and email
  • Has worked in sales or call center environment calling on Business to Business customers, preferably selling with enterprise products or services such as software
  • Ability to manage time and hit daily goals of contacts per day via phone and email
  • Ability to close business and meet monthly sales quotas

 POSITION SUMMARY

The video chat industry is a hot industry and there is no shortage of people to talk to about it. This is an inside sales position to learn the industry, get qualified appointments to demo the technology. This is not your typical lead generator or telesales position, this is a creative work environment with room for expansion.  Candidates should be highly skilled, energetic and driven to generate their own leads through call lists provided by OTVC. Must have the discipline to make calls, get through gatekeepers and schedule future technology demonstrations. The ability to not only generate the initial leads but have the ability in the future to close the sales and take the customer through the full sales cycle. Preferred applications should have 3-5 years of experiences in cold calling sales and a proven track record in closing sales and penetrating new markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and sales in mid-market to enterprise clients in working with Director Level and above relationships.

 Key Duties:

  • Cold calling and emailing new prospects from company provided data (we have the best data).
  • Making a minimum of 60+ calls per day and sending 35+ emails per day.
  • Must be able to qualify, ask the appropriate questions to determine the decision maker, budget, and timeframe.
  • Adhering daily to company sales metrics to ensure success.
  • Highly organized multitasker with the ability to track, follow up and manage a lead pipeline.
  • Track leads, contacts, and appointments in Salesforce.
  • Must have good written and presentation skills
  • Must be independent that requires minimal supervision

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE/IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • Minimum of 3-5 years related experience or equivalent.
  • Experience selling to Director Level or above contacts.
  • Experience in marketing, consulting, sales or technology.
  • Must have call centers, inside sales, collections, telesales or appointment setting experience, minimum 3-5 years. Software sales is a plus but not required.
  • Must love technology, innovation and consider themselves a mobile first individual.
  • Must have a proven track record in exceeding goals and metrics.
  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box.
  • Fast learner and ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Highly motivated with an eye for advancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and doesn’t require micro management.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workload.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and ability to learn customer management systems (Salesforce).

This is a salary plus commission potential position.
